Current Research

My research focuses on training deep neural network policies (i.e. end-to-end learning) from human demonstrations for autonomous driving applications. I am primarily interested in  creating algorithms that are robust in a data limited setting and deriving theoretical guarantees on safety in a model-free setting. This work is done with my advisor Ken Goldberg and collaborator Anca Dragan.
