Biography
Negar Zahedi Mehr is a PhD student in the Mechanical Engineering Department at UC Berkeley. She received her bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. Her research interests are Controls, Cyber Physical Systems and Robotics. Her main focus is on applications of formal methods in traffic control and transportation engineering. Currently, she is working on developing distributed optimization algorithms for traffic control and applying temporal logic tools in the context of traffic control. Professor Horowitz is her advisor.
